About these terms
These terms govern your use of this website and the car-rental bookings you make through it, operated by Adventure Club Tenerife — Adventure Club Tenerife SL, Calle El Cardón 2, Local 13, Fañabé, 38670 Santa Cruz de Tenerife. By using the site or making a booking, you accept them.
The booking service
We help you find a vehicle and submit a reservation. The rental itself is provided through our rental-management partner; the rental contract and its full conditions are presented and concluded at vehicle pick-up. A booking made on this site is a request that becomes confirmed once you receive our confirmation by email or WhatsApp.
Prices are shown in euros and, unless stated otherwise, include basic insurance, local taxes and the mileage stated for the vehicle. Optional extras and the security deposit are shown separately or explained before pick-up.
Driver requirements
The main driver must:
- be at least the minimum age shown for the chosen vehicle;
- hold a valid driving licence, held for the minimum period required for that vehicle;
- present, at pick-up, the driving licence, an ID document or passport, and a payment card in the driver’s name.
A security deposit is blocked on the driver’s card for the rental period and released afterwards, subject to the rental conditions.
Changes and cancellation
You can request a change or cancellation by contacting us. Cancellation conditions and any applicable fees depend on the rate booked and are confirmed at the time of booking. No payment is taken on this website at the time of reservation.
Use of the website
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or submit false booking information. The content, branding and design of the site belong to Adventure Club Tenerife and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Liability
We take reasonable care to keep information accurate, but vehicle availability and prices are confirmed at the time of booking. We are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes are subject to the competent courts, without affecting the mandatory rights of consumers. EU consumers may also use the Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr(https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
